Welcome to NFC 2010

is a fun-filled competition set to entertain while testing the family’s ability to solve clues to find their ways to various checkpoints around Singapore and tackling the challenges at each checkpoint. Teams will drive the predetermined route independently and should strive to follow the route exactly (This is strictly not a motor rally or racing event). Scattered throughout the route are checkpoints where each family would have to work together to complete a challenge to garner points to win and pick up clues to the next stop. Families would definitely learn more about each other as they unite to solve the riddles and decipher clues. A great full day activity for intergenerational family bonding! Family Car Rally Terms and Conditions

1.	All entries must be submitted with the official entry forms provided. The Organiser reserves the right to final decisions for disputes arising from incomplete entries. Submission of participation forms can be made through email or via hardcopy. Hardcopy forms and cheque payment of $50 per team can be sent to: Aux Productions, 211 Henderson Road, Henderson Industrial Park, #11-03, Singapore (159552) c/o "NFC 2010 Family Car Rally 26 June 2010". Cash payment can be made at the above-mentioned address during office hours (Mon - Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm). Payment can be made via cheque payable to Aux Productions. Please kindly indicate the team leader’s’ name at the back of the envelope. Participation will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
2.	Closing date of registration is on Friday, 18th June 2010.
3.	Registrations are non-transferable and there will be no refund of registration fees for absentees on race day or if event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.	Registration of attendance will be at 1000hrs and all participants are advised to arrive and register at the Start Point (Catholic High School, Bishan Street 23).
5.	The organisers reserve the rights to limit, refuse entry to individuals / groups, or to disqualify any incomplete entries.
6.	The minimum age requirement to participate in the Family Car Rally is 3 years old. There must be minimum 3 members in a team. Team members must be family members.
7.	Team must ensure your assigned driver has valid driving license.
8.	All participating teams are to strictly abide by the Road Traffic rules and regulations for the entire duration of the Car Rally. At no point in time should they compromise road safety in order to win this competition. Organisers reserve every right to disqualify any teams who have been found to blatantly flout / violate traffic regulations. This is strictly not a motor rally or racing event.
9.	Winning teams will be decided by the total points garnered through playing games and completing tasks at the checkpoints.
10.	The Organiser will not be liable for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising from the event.
11.	The Organiser’s decision is final for all disputes arising from the Car rally. The Organiser reserves the right to amend any of the above rules and regulations or part thereof and the right to use any photographs, recording and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising. Participants who fail to comply with the above Rule & Regulations may be disqualified.
12.	By confirming your participation in the Car Rally, you declare that you or any of your team members do not suffer from any of the following pre-existing medical conditions: (a) Any cardiac or respiratory weakness or ailment; (b) Epilepsy or any other neurological condition; (c) Any orthopaedic or rheumatologic complaint; or (d) Any other complaint or condition which would involve a serious risk to any physical or mental health by your participation in the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, in consideration of you confirming your entry into the Car Rally, We hereby confirm your agreement to waive any claim made to the Organising Committee which may otherwise be entitled to bring against the Organising Committee arising in any way out of your participation in the race, including but notwithstanding, any of the following: (a) any injury, illness or death caused by or associated with your participation in the race; (b) any fainting or other physical or nervous reaction to alarm, shock or fright suffered during the race, whether such reaction manifests itself either during or at any time after the race; Or (c) the need for hospitalisation or any form of paramedic or out-patient care which may arise from (a) or (b) above.
